Satan´s son was reborn as a human beeing. He created a labratory where he, and some evil scientists made experiments with sinners, who came through a special "hell-gate" to the labratory. Because of an fatal error, the sinners were able to escape from their cells. Now they try to escape from the labratory while Satan´s creatures, and his son´s creations try to kill the escaping humans.

After breaking the cells´ doors, the sinners run through the canteen and break a wall to reach the car park (the Special Guardians will take a shorter way through an equipment room). After destroying Satan´s son´s car, they have to re-enter the labratory, because the hell is the only way to escape into freedom. While one sinner manages to get into the labratory before the back door closes, the others break the wall behind the electric chair. By using a special button, the sinner in the lab opens the chair´s door and the next part of their escape way. After they passed through several experimentation rooms and some other cells, the sinners reach the 2 hellgates, which are now the only obstacle between them and the hell.

After passing the hellgates, sinners and special guardians are splitted up into two seperated areas. To pass through the following part of their way, which is the coop part of this map, they have to help each other. After passing several hell levels, sinners and special guardians reach an other hellgate. After this passing this gate, sinners have a real chance to escape from hell. By following their way, they finally come out of an inconspicuous little building, next to a parking place at a highway, where they find a little jeep. The jeep can either be used from the sinners to escape ("Terrorists win") or be destroyed by the special guardians ("Counter Terrorists win").

All in all there are 10 different buttons spread all over the map, some are integrated into the map´s looks, some can only be opened after some time, some are just difficult to find and some are just ...far... away. At least it is difficult to find and press them all.
4 buttons will open 4 little rooms, which contain: 1 Deagle, 1 Heavy Armor, 1 M4A1 and 1 Gas Grenade. The sinners will get these items at the first hell gate.
The other 6 buttons will open a special room, its entrance is next to the teleport to the parking place. This room contains several items, Medic Armor, Grenade Launcher and all the other stuff.
