DC: No you cannot do that.
Why can't I do that by the way?
For example:
addhook("say","myFirstHook") That will get all text the players type, there is none for actual voice.

In most cases public server / game voice chat would lead to people making funny and annoying noises only instead of actually using the voice chat in a good way.
