1. What's the point of this thread? "please join my server" advertisement threads are not allowed. Or are you having any problems?

2. There's a server section. Please don't use the general section if there's a more specific section for your topic! I moved the thread for you.

You written a local ip... you should write public ip

I'm trying to forward a port on my router but need an ip i put online or local ip? or i have to put another ip?

You forward the port, not the IP. In this case, you will have to forward the Port 36963, since that is the port you're using.

For people to join your server, you have to give them your online IP-address which you can view here: http://www.unrealsoftware.de/usgn.php?s=ip

You need to forward the UDP Port 36963 to your local ip
