Wrong section. This is obviously about CS2D... moved. No, you could use images to cover your screen though. yes. i mean to image cover.. but how can i create this at transpercy color.... i know this... but i mean to image-editor.. Oh, you want a blurred blank image? I think it's very unlikely to find one. You would be better off making one yourself. i want this..:D
i already tried but too bad:/
i use Photofiltre X Studio I don't think you can actually overlap an image with another to make it look blurred. Avo User Offline
Nope, it's not possible in CS2D, I think. If it would support transparent shit with .png, you know alpha channel and all that stuff, then it would maybe be possible. Not such a blur effect as wanted but still. Maybe spray-can on an image editor? Avo User Offline
50% transparent of 640x480 light gray image should be nice. inb4 5 fps video with dubstep music

Practically all video editors have blur effect, just search for it in yours. Ghost-Rider has written

Sorry, I haven't seen your any video. Blur effect is not possible, but in image editor, for example GIMP you can get even good smoke-blur-looking effect. http://www.picshot.pl/public/viewset/97095 (to see bigger, just click on image). I could make better, but I gonna sleep and I don't want to do it now.
Just paint random spots and then blur them many times. Set layer transparent and try other filters and effects; I used GIMP.
