I decided to make an exclusive thread about what do you eat for dinner. I started with salads because lycopene is part of a group of nutrients which produces "antioxidant" activity in the body. This property gives lycopene the potential for reducing the risk of conditions such as heart disease and cancer caused by destructive molecules called free radicals. So I'm waiting for your votes.
