old Poll Quarantine Level Ideas Needed

I'm creating a new level, I already have two good ones, now I'm thinking about a level that has a creepy feeling of an old city that was once quarantined for an infection, and is now old and abandoned, but the remnants of old still lie within the ancient walls of the destroyed city.
     

      I'm good with words but not with genuine ideas, this is my first time asking for ideas and I want to see if I can be helped.
     ALL IDEAS IN-GAME WILL BE GIVEN CREDIT FOR

I want ideas for:
> Types of buildings
     I need a few building ideas, largeness, what's in them, etc...

> Nice effects
     I need some kinds of nice effects, like a pipe that will spray particles every so often, or sounds.

> Creepy feelings
     What's this game without creepy feelings? That's what I want it to be all about, horror.

> Even some files, if offering
     If you want to help me you can send me some files to help, instead of telling me, that would be generous.

> Placement of things (Weapons, spawns, etc...)
     Wouldn't it give you a helpless feeling if you started with only your knife? And had to scour the land for weaponry? Or have zombies spawn in clusters? and teammates scattered? It's going to be fight for survival, team up or die. What do you think? Post ideas.

> I've never used scripts in my CS2D games, but I'm accepting if it's from others. (I can't script.)
     I just genuinely don't know how to use lua, although it's a big asset for game creation. If you want to send me some scripts, you can.

> Side-story/storyline.
     Wanna uncover the mystery of the city? Maybe take a co-op part of some mission? Take a team into the tunnels to discover some kind of dead scientist? Give me your ideas for a Side/storyline.

> Other feelings
     I just want to give the player some feelings, helplessness, not being able to trust people, need and greed of resources, scared, and I want them to find a relief when they open a door and don't find anything behind it... Which I don't want to happen often...

> AI
     I've never used AI or seen it in a game, but if you could, tell me about it, What if everyone was on the same team and fighting some infection that isn't person-controlled?

     That's it, remember, I'll give you credit if I use your idea, somehow. But please post your ideas, I'm accepting any ideas, even out of these categories, but still making the game cool.

I know it's lazy for someone to ask for help, and it's like they can't do anything themselves, I can, but I make maps for the good of the people, so they can have fun on maps, not to show people I'm better than them at making maps.
