Look,
In b3d format/object:
I add texture to object for example house. And the grey stone in game i see only gray color.
But In 3ds format/object:
I add texture and in game i see normal texture (stone)

But I converted native.b3d to MilksHape and I modifi it. Then I convert back to b3d and textures is buged..
Ok then i converted it to 3ds but unit in 3ds have no animation. (When i go to editor, click to unit, and add to game, it show me error:"Unit has no animation".. or somethink like that..

So , 3ds is error and b3d dont have texture!!
Only for units... For object and items i useing 3ds and it is perfect.
Help me please!!

don't use biturn for converting a model from ms3d (milkshape -format) to b3d.

milkshape has its own function to export the model into b3d.
just use file -> export -> blitz basic 3D.
this will keep the texture on the model and if there is an animation this will also be exported.

it's a problem of biturn, it changes the format of the textures which the model uses to jpg and the animation is lost.
