This place does not have any name set, you will play as a group of two faction called Atomica and Scrapper
This place was the outpost of the Kailan Resistance from 2101 during Zheong's 4th Military Aggression to clean the city from the Resistance. Zheong ambushed the outpost during the war, they dropped shuttle all over the outpost to prevent the Resistance from escaping
