He got no crash, he can actually play but rofl, maybe if you change the options outside in the menu, and you dont open them in-game you can play meanwhile

2. i cant play - as i explained i didnt notice an of this.
I click options then the appearing options window began flickering and i couldn't type in any commands. The only thing i can do is going task manager and kill the proccess.

nvm with which settings i open the game (with that gl thingy) i click options and crash Did you try it with map shadows and light turned off and simple radar?
I think its the best you can do at the moment...
