Don't delete them! But the tactical shield could be added even if it's worthless

there is no fow becuse ther is no point of it in a FPS (first person shooter) becuse it is in First person!
i think thaqt it is in cs2d because it is not FPS, it is topdown so u can clearly see behind you, but with FOW on it is like first person,because u cant see behind u .

maybe because your computer sucks so much that trying to run Steam completely screws it up
