failed to load map

When people join my server they get failed to load map.
Is there a command so i can disable this?

Make sure sv_maptransfer is 1 and that they don't have a download filter if the map is too big.

I dont think the map is to big and i tried map transfer any other options?

Maybe you don't have the map files on your server vps, if you have one.
