I have noticed some commands are not documented at www.cs2d.com/help.php?cat=all , nor do they show up in the auto completion menu in the console. Some examples are stats_rank and unban (stats_rank is available from the Server Settings menu, though). Is this intentional or a bug? Is there some way to list these commands?

It's not a bug, for sure. Anyways how could be like that?

If those commands working properly then it means DC forgot to add them or it's just unnecessary to add.

In this case DC probably forgot to add server commands.

yes, they are simply not documented because I either forget it or I was to lazy to do that - or it is not necessary. for example the serverlist filter setting commands for the serverlist. nobody needs to know them because there is a menu to change the settings.

btw: the auto completion list is identical with the list at the website (I synchronize both each release)

it's not possible to get a list of the undocumented commands.

There is a command such as usgn_addserver it forces your own server to be added in the serverlist if you're having problems with that, otherwise it just updates your own server if it's already added to the serverlist. I think it's a very useful command.

Thanks for the answer. I think it would be greatly appreciated if the commands were documented. cs2d.com is an invaluable source when scripting, for example. If there's anything I can do, I will be happy to help.
