Stranded II Mods Massive ModMan, you don't need to be a computer wiz. Builder just written.

Also, Tinker, a very helpful thing to do is read the "readme" included with most mods. Before you think I'm being sarcastic, most good mod makers will include a very comprehensive readme explaining exactly how to install, usually uninstall, what the mod changes, and other important info.
Had you read that you would of known that to install MM you simply overwrite your default SSII folder with the one included in the zip, which makes downloading the mod MUCH faster, and if you don't want to overwrite your default SSII, I included instructions on how to setup the modification as a mod.
*shrug* So, next time, read the readme before asking a question.

I anxiously await MM's release.
A question Please ...
Why does "Netting" (Catching) the butterflies NOT result in them "Helping me to carry stuff" (as in orginial stranded II)?
Has this feature been negated in MM? If so, then I can only rely on the "carry weight increase" as given due to the survivor perk. (My survivor time is at max). Am I Correct, or have I "found a bug"?

Butterflies should be -100 instead of -500, but that's all...
Sorry, but I am not quite clear on this ... I have "caught" about 100 Butterflies .. (yea. Spent time on them) .. but I don't see any specific "gain")
Sorry to ask, but what is the " -100 vs -500 "? *Puzzled*
Do you mean 1x butterfly = -100 grams instead of -500 grams? If so, then 100x100 only means a gain of 10Kg right?
That can be item what can be counted like a upgrade to rucksack.
Sorry for my english (i become form polisch).

I think real good will be when butterfly's be on -250g but if in relase be something what gives more to -weight.I don't know what can it be but this can be, even a bag what gives -300g or another rucksack in inventory what gives -3kg.
That can be item what can be counted like a upgrade to rucksack.

Sounds like a possibly good idea, but I cannot say because I do not know.

You are correct, I can't remember exactly what I changed it to, but the butterflies no longer give the same "negative" weight.Builder, I have gone through the "readme" file, but ...

I bbeen tryin to get the readme but all i get is an rar file and thats it
Sorry for off-topic
I stil can't believe after so many years in computer world how do people don't know what rar files are and that google knows everything.
Rar files are bunch of files and folders compressed into one Rar file, their size mostly are smaller than original uncompressed files, so they serve for file size reduction too.
Here http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar38b3.exe download this program, run it and install it. (by pressing "next" buttons). Now try to open .rar file, its icon should look like a pile of books.
You should now be able to browse through the archive, double click on "Readme" file, read it.
From here it should be clear what to do next
Also, veniu, if you have any ideas just post em here or PM me and I'll try and include them if they are good. That rucksack *is* a good idea, but why not take it a step further and make it an *actual* carryable "storage" device?

Re: Massive Mod
GuestThe gone fishing one it says you have to catch 50 fish but i got it after i got my fifth one. it could be because i did it in the editor but im preety sure its not because of that.
Also I recemend boxing kiwis in a small confined room(in the editor) with a black powder keg in the middle and shooting it with a pistol or a fire arrow its really fun(assumeing if you dont die from the blast).
and a suggestion for the black powder why not when the health of it goes to zero script it so it sets on fire and a short time to blow that way you can line them up and not have mega lagg.
