For any "regular" mouse, there is plenty of software [1], and i have no idea how to do it an other way then.
If you have a programmable mouse or keyboard (for example Logitech or Steelseries) you can create markos, which can repeate a left click with quite high frequency.
if you want to use it for cs2d on your own server, you may could write a lua script with the
ms100 or always hook and the player function to get the mouse position. But this is not working (well) with many players.[1] https://fabi.me/en/tools/speed-autoclicker/
