If you're talking about uploading images in posts: That would be an entirely new feature and I do not support this for reasons.

New users have very strict limitations because of massive ad spam. They can't add any links and that's intended. It shouldn't affect users who have been around/active for longer.

In your particular case the solution is easy: Use tags (like the error recommends btw)
• wrap the image in img tags and it will work and not count as a link (you can also just select it and hit the image icon above the text area)
• write 
file:17077
to link to that other file instead of writing a normal link

things even look much better and cleaner if you do so. e.g. this is what the file link would look like
file cs2d cs_mansion
you see a name, number of likes and even get a tooltip with details when you hover it

what I maybe could do is automatically transforming these things for users so they don't have to take care themselves

Okay so user Pagyra stated now via PM - I don't understand why he just didn't reply here - that even when using the img tag, the website wrongly claimed that there is an URL and blocked posting it.
He is right. That was a bug. I fixed that issue now. Thank you user Pagyra!
