I have some problems with my server. When i start my server, I can see my server in LAN, but it is not in serverlist! WHY?
Yesterday he worked! I don't understand it, pls help me! Sorry bad English, me russian.

You rarely see your own server in the online serverlist. Most routers block loopbacks, so you're stuck with seeing it in LAN
Seeing your server in LAN does not mean that others can't connect. You always see your server in LAN if it's on port 36963

What user ohaz says is correct. If your router has your ports blocked, there's another functionality CS2D has that allows the players to connect to your server.
> Your server connects to the master server (Master server gets unblocked)
> Someone connects to your server THROUGH the master server
> The master server sends a message to your server that tells that someone wants to join
> Your server unblocks connections with this player
> Your server checks if this player really wants to connect
But it's better to keep your ports opened.
