I do not know why more when I create my server after about 5 minutes it drops alone, or even opening the dedicat new game. Maybe this is a bug or something who know me know!

Maybe you've got the Winsock Corruption virus that I got on my Windows XP (Service Pack 2). Say, do you possibly use Windows XP with SP2? if so, reformat and save important files and that's how I got rid of the virus once and for all. Don't waste your time, because your internet will just permanently die each 5-30 minutes. I know it's annoying.

If this might not be the case then probably it's something with your ISP being attacked by a DDoS or some bad stuff like that. You never know.
