I have a little question. How do i make my own language for stranded 2 (Swedish). Which program do i need?

Any text editor. If you use Windows, search for "editor" or "notepad". With this you can edit the sys-files of stranded 2 (.../Stranded II/mods/Stranded II/sys/).

Most of the files for translation is located in the sys, as user

Maloki wrote.
But dialogs and log entries in the Adventure mode are in "../Stranded II/mods/Stranded II/maps/adventure" folder. (.s2s file extension)

Additionally, if you want to have additional Swedish diacritical marks, I recommend my fonts:
