On topic. I don't think I've ever finished Half Life 2 at all, I did play part of it once on the Xbox 360 up until the speedboat sequence.

I can only just run Half Life 2 on low settings for my computer and even then I get a lot of FPS drops because of the particles.
Because when valve creates a new engine its 100% better than the old one!
And this is even worse than Gold Source Engine!
And also look at portal 2 trailer and Portal 2 gameplay...
Do you think they will create such a stupid engine after their own Source Modification?
Source never had so much grapnics,but in portal 2 everything changed!

So gold source engine is better than those photos? I hope you know that photos are taken from real life, not from a game..

it wasnt even a moddification, they just drain the maximum from source engine ^^, it was said on E3
