THEMUD has writtenI will give you a simple steps, I hope it will help you:
Find a really nice clan name, that interest and surprise the player.
You must be active at least 4-5 hours, to let the players know that you have a clan.
You must be a professional player.
You must have a nice server.
Create a nice Forum/Website.
Offer players to join your clan.
Be friendly with your teamate, and with players.
That's it, as simple as that.

It's fine if you decide to have any animosity for me as I don't really react to those kind of things too much, however to say that I'm not respecting your feelings? Hi, if you didn't notice, I'm a moderator. We have a little problem here which we're trying to fix. A certain moderator getting out of hand. Not a big problem but a problem is a problem, isn't it? As a moderator I read what everyone says and what you say and then I try to find a solution so at the end of the day we could all be happy and forget all this mess. I at least TRY. What response do I (not only I actually) get? I'm told that I'm disrespecting someone. Pardon me, but I don't recall calling you names or trying to offend you.
Finally, I just have a little question. This "community that has become a central for flame wars"... You've been rejecting it as you've said "I don't care about it". Could you please explain why you would resort to calling a community that if you don't care about it. Actually, why are you even visiting it?
