To add your crosshairs to the ingame screen, you have to go to the stranded 2 folder, then, /mods/stranded 2/sys/gfx/ and there you should find the image your looking for, overwrite that image with your own...
Thats what I can remember off hand...
I think he measn how to post his crosshiar designs onto the File archive. If you do want to do that, just go to the "File Archive" link in the bar on the left the of your screen. From there it's pretty simple, just use the misc. Category. I hope this is what you are looking for.
EDIT: Don't forget to use the Stranded II English catogory, adn then thee Misc. Category.
