I succeeded only with new game but with the dedicated I don't succeed
there will be a line with sv_rcon
change it to sv_rcon YOURPASSWORD
and then run dedicated server
When your on your server go to console and write rcon_pw YOURPASSWORD
and then you can use the equip command
