well at first it is but after a few tutorials and a week or two of practice it is not so challenging
I don't think Blender is that bad i like it a lot. Unfortunatly i cant get round texturing my models, i have no idea how!

EDIT: Nevermind, I found out, It's awesome! I made a hunting knife, looks decent. And by the way, Paint.NET is awesome for making textures, i used it great for making textures for my hunting knife (by the way, thanks to DC for making such an awesome game, and also thanx for the wood01.jpg tex, i used it in said knife )

Has anyone heard of rhinoceros 3d? its what i've been practicing with, i dont understand half of the menus, but i do believe it has animation and texturing, im just using the evaluation version.

I learned blender last summer from wikibooks (Blender 3D: Noob to Pro) and think it is a great all around 3d graphics program but even though it does bone animation the site the 3rd party export plugin was on is gone and the only copy of it I have found can't do the animation exporting.
@Vibhor
If you have the latest version of the b3d plugin that supports the animation I would love to see it here. I have always wanted to try my hand at making units but am tied to blender 3d.

@Lion_Hearted. Thanks, i'll look into that, hopefully i can get a bit better, then at least make models for the people who know how to script and stuff.

And this is the wrong place to ask, but, does anyone know if Builder is still working on his Massive Mod?

Well, didn't you have any problems when exporting the files (no matter whether b3d or 3ds)? In my case the diffuse light colour of materials doesn't seem to be recognised by the game (alpha as well). The textures are ok anyway. Everything else seems to be ok - just that material params... So I just wonder if anyone has experienced and solved it...
