when it comes to CS:S however....... Oh god , its just Worst then the Dualies or even the Glock

well yea u have a point This game was supposed to be modeled after CS1.6 after all wasn't it? No sarcasm intended but seriously was this modeled after CS1.6? or just CS in general?
Besides the M249 RoF and recoil system, I think all the Counter Strike games are alike weapon wise.

Prices won't be changed from their Counter Strike counter-parts. As for RoF, it seems CS2D had it's weapon fire-rates "scaled down" from their counterparts (Yeah, I've said counterparts a million times), but that's okay because it's still all balanced. On the other hand, some weapon damages are really messed up. SMGs primarily.
Since im currently working on my CS:S 2D Mini mod I would like to get it as close as possible to CS:S Just editing the weapons a bit in both damage & weight affects on the player
IE smg's would no longer be useless & other guns like the m-249 wouldn't be so heavy. I doubt it would be possible to make the m-249 more accurate tho I bet that's hard coded & thus not able to be changed

And you can use speedmod to change the speed of certain weapons?
Can't change accuracy or RoF though. You could probably change ammo if there was either an attack1 return option (Attack-Don't attack) or if there was some way to check the amount of ammo a player has.
Its just an annoyance to me however since i k now DC has nor the time nor the will to change this I will try to make a lua script for the weapons to more closely resemble the characteristics of CS 1.6.
