DON'T CHANGE THE USERTYPE IF YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE DOINGYou can use this to convert from old format to new. But I didn't think of Steam→old conversion - it should work but I don't know how the Steam64 IDs will be converted in this case.
